I have used Minerva for many years and had excellent service. I love the daily emails showing new fabrics and patterns, some already made up. The sewists blogs and creations are brilliant. I am now 80 so don't sew as much as I used to but enjoy seeing what other people produce. Thank you for brightening my day.

Minerva are always so reliable. Delivering beautiful fabric etc. Well packaged and always recieved within a couple of days.
The colours of their fabrics online are very well produced and come up totally as they are in real life. The Minerva club is well worth joining for a discount on every order.

I have been buying from Minerva for many years.
I can honestly say I have never had any problems with any of my purchases.
If I'm not sure about anything there is always someone at the other end of the line to help me.
The staff I have spoken to have been very helpful.and a pleasure to talk to.
The goods I have ordered always comes nicely packed.
And delivery is very quick.

The best online sewing community and supplier of all things sewing. The range of fabrics is second to none. The staff are really knowledgable and supportive.

minerva fabric are great quality and such a great service with uptown date emails telling you when dispatched etc . any queries a quick email or call sorts that's efficiently.

I had browsed many sites searching for the buttons I wanted but they were mostly quite sloppy and incomplete - but I liked the way your company and service was presented, so felt comfortable ordering from you. The buttons arrived promptly (3 days) - I have just received them, exactly right and safely packaged. I shall definitely be ordering from you again.

I am very uncomfortable with the way they run their advertising
The promotion will offer a 20% discount for example but read the small print and the discount is actually only 10% , the higher discount only applies to those who subscribe to their "craft club" where they pay for occasional fabric samples to be sent - of minervas choice
I really dislike this aggressive pulling of people in without being transparent. The advertising should say from the start 10% discount plus an extra 10% for craft club members

Love shopping with Minerva. They have a large stock of fabrics to choose from which I find with my latest and previous orders to be good quality. Delivery is by Royal Mail and despite recent postal strikes, my orders have arrived after a few days of ordering. Ordering on line is quick and easy too.

Minerva are my fav sewing resource, if you want anything i can almost guarantee you'll find it on their website. Their quality and price point are faultless and their postage is quick and affordable! Basically if you want fabric, notions, haberdashery or patterns get it from Minerva!

Minerva have an amazing range of fabric, patterns and haberdashery items. They are my go to fabric store as their fabric is good quality and at a great price point. I love how you can add matching thread to fabric orders. Delivery is always fast and they have massively reduced the plastic packaging that they used to use which is great! I also love that you can see and be inspired by other people's makes, and that you can see how the item that you are considering buying works for other people. I think the only improvement would be a greater range of sport/dance/swim fabric like lycra.

Minerva has a fabulous range of quality fabrics, each one is described with detail of composition, stretch, weight etc which is really helpful when buying on line. They have an amazing selection of patterns, I love seeing posts of pattern makes, very inspiring community of sewer’s. Whatever I need for my next project, Minerva is my go to

What ever I order from you always comes so quickly and I live in California. It is well packaged and I have never had anything damaged in the mailing process. The quality of your fabric is high and I just love it. Whenever I get something in the mail from you, my husband gets so excited and he always says, "we got the good stuff in the mail today"

Great range of quality fabric. Just made a winter coat with their wool fur coating and stretch lining.
I particularly like the Minerva club which gives you 10% off, and free postage after spending £30. You can also return fabric if it is not to your liking, useful when shopping online. I used to buy in person when I lived in Lancashire, so happy I can continue to buy since moving many years ago. SueR

I buy frequently from Minerva. I find their products, in particular the choice and price of fabric, are excellent. The quality is always great and their customer service is exceptional. Despatch and delivery are always quick. I highly recommend this company for your sewing needs.

What I love about Minerva is the detailed information that is shown for each fabric, from stretch percentage to fibre composition, as well as a video of the fabric and, more often than not, examples of people's makes. This allows me to choose fabric confidently without being able to handle it first.
As a Minerva craft club member, I am always first to know about offers and I often get great deals this way.
The only reason I have given 4 stars is because I have tried to contact them before via email but not had a response, so I would like the communication to be easier.
